Promising you nothing...but a good time!

The Ridge Rockers are enjoying a strong membership and relatively good turnouts at club dances. We think it's because of a three-letter word -- fun.

In a square of Ridge Rockers, you'll see grinning faces and hear belly laughs more than you'll see perfect dancing. We think that's important.

Our club has no officers and therefore no hierarchy. Volunteers handle necessities. It always comes together because our people take initiative and work together. When the music starts, our dancers are on the floor eager to dance. And the home cooking ... well ... you'll just have to come and see.

We are a family club. Our members vary in age from children to seniors, and come from many walks of life. You do not need a partner to come to our dances. We have couples and singles. There is always someone who will dance with you.

There is no dress code. Some wear traditional square dance attire. Others wear prairie skirts or blue jeans or work clothes. The important thing is to come expecting to have fun.

We dance mainstream and plus, to traditional and modern music, with line dancing or western two-step between square dancing.

We are a non-profit organization funded by club dues and by donations of $5 per dancer ($10 per couple) at the door for an evening of family entertainment with dinner. Children under 18 and non-dancers (spectators) are admitted free. Whether you are looking for a fun club to visit, or a home club with friendly people, or just want to come and watch, you are always welcome at Ridge Rockers square dance club.
